Advanced Vehicle Control Systems

The Automated Highway System (AHS) program aims at automating highway driving in California.This lab is involved with developing lateral control algorithms to realise lane keeping and lane changing operations. Work in control system design is done in association with the Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory, UC Berkeley.  Tests are performed on a test track at Richmond Field Station, CA, USA.
